We have .5 acres in South Charlotte and a yellow lab. I did the comparisons, looked at reviews, did the cost analysis and finally determined we'd give dogwatch a chance. We considered a wooden fence- but the cost with an invisible fence turned out to be ALOT less. We looked at competitors- and then saw other reviews about how the set-up and service is better- they were all right.
The product and level of customer service we have experienced with Dog Watch has been absolutely incredible. Not only has our dog never gotten out following the install, but as I mentioned the cost was extremely reasonable given the size of our lot. However, I believe the service is what sets them apart--world class in this day and age. Give them a look if you are in the market, and if your experience is anything like ours, you'll be happy you did.

Lee was fantastic to deal with - very prompt in scheduling and installing our system. The installers were friendly and very skilled- I was impressed with the level of knowledge with the actual dog handling during the training session on installation day. I HIGHLY recommend this fence, and having done a TON of research, I feel confident saying I chose the best product on the market, at an extremely reasonable price.

Thank you so much for installing and training our DogWatch system. We just love it!
